The Rev. Tony O. Hannah was nurtured and reared in Tallahassee, Florida by his parents, the deceased Albert and Elizabeth Hannah. He is the 6th of 8 siblings. Pastor Hannah is married to Denise Pouncey Hannah and together they have a daughter, Toni Renise Hannah and grandson, Christion E. Williams. He studied and graduated from the Public School System in Leon County and took extensive biblical courses offered by our great Church. He has pastored numerous congregations in the Florida and East Conferences. Saint Peter A.M.E. Midway, Fl. Henshaw Chapel A.M.E., Cottondale Fl, Greater Tanner Chapel Quincy, Fl. Flipper Chapel A.M.E., Tallahassee Fl., just to name a few. He was blessed to have been the Shepherds of these great Churches. God has ordered his steps in many capacities serving the needs of people through various and varied ministries. Being a servant is God’s highest calling; his passion for people is his greatest attribute. Pastor Hannah has served on several Civic Organizations and Boards including but not limited to: The Gadsden Men of Action, President; Community and Economic Development organization, Chairman; Healthy Heart Coalition; Gadsden County Reentry Program, Carter Parramore Advisory Council, Chairman; River Chase Out-Reach Ministry; Jail Ministry, Health Council and other community programs. The Steps of a Good Man are ordered by the Lord, and he delights in his way. Psalm 37:23 is my motto. This has been my guiding star both spiritually and professionally.
